The challenge

Before Transform, that work was spread across tools. Projects were tracked in Smartsheet. Meetings were captured by separate notetakers, alongside a set of AI point solutions, and much of the rest lived in spreadsheets.

Each tool did its own job. But for a services firm, a stack like that usually means the same project exists in several places, and people spend part of every week moving information between them instead of doing client work.
