By accessing or using the Transform platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms govern general site visitors and individual users; enterprise use is further governed by our Master Services Agreement.

2. AI & Automated Agents

Our platform utilizes "Transform Technology," including AI agents and automated workflows. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Output Verification: While our AI is designed for high-accuracy transformation and system orchestration, all outputs should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used for material financial or business decisions.

  • Input Accuracy: The quality of the services depends on the data you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all Customer Content uploaded.

  • No Professional Advice: Transform provides tools and automation; it does not provide regulated legal, tax, accounting, or technology compliance advice.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In alignment with our MSA Restrictions, you may not:

  • Use any "scraper," "robot," or automated mechanism to access the platform for competitive analysis.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models or orchestration engine.

  • Use the platform to process sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers or government IDs) unless explicitly permitted by a specific Order Form.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Rights: Transform AI, Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its proprietary algorithms and "Usage Data" (as defined in our MSA).

  • Your Rights: You retain ownership of the data you input. By using the platform, you grant us the necessary licenses to process that data to provide and improve our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transform AI’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) to access the site in the 12 months prior to the claim, consistent with the liability caps in our Master Services Agreement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
